PROPOSAL PROCESS
Gene Express is dedicated to providing our
StaRT-PCR gene expression analysis services to each client based on their specific needs. To accomplish this, Gene Express has developed a customized services proposal process. This permits each client to obtain the services that are desirable to accomplish his/her goals in order to ensure a successful project study.
Proposal process
The proposal information will be used to create the needs assessment for the client. In addition, the proposal will document, in writing, how Gene Express will meet the client's objectives and achieve their desired results. The proposal is designed to communicate to the client Gene Express's ability to deliver the desired outcome for that client.
Process
- The client completes a Gene Express, Inc. Requisition Form with all required information.
- Upon determining the needs of the client, the Business Development Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will review the initial project specifications.
- The Business Development SAM will transfer all necessary information to the Gene Express Technical and Operation Team.
- After transfer of information, the Technical and Operation Team will coordinate a teleconference with the appropriate individuals from the client side and the appropriate technical associates to discuss the technical details of the project. (If needed).
- The Technical and Operation Team will develop a detailed scope of work, timeline, and cost. This information will be incorporated in the proposal. A comprehensive proposal will be generated for final approval.
- Upon completion of the proposal, it will go through approval process and be approved by signatures of the Director of Operations and the Vice President of Business Development.
- The Business Development SAM with assistance from the technical group will complete a detailed review of the proposal with the client.
